FINLAND & SWEDEN served with Abnormal Cargo by Silvasti Logistics

Finnish Abnormal Load Transport Company Silvasti Logistics, a member of the CEE, had been in action in earlier this year in both Sweden and Finland with the following project cargo movements:

1.) Project Varkaus/Finland to Värö/Sweden

Route: FIN-Varkaus - SE-Väröbacka
Cargo: 8 x evaporator
Dims: max. dimensions 16 x 7 x 7 m
Weights: from 150 to upto 200 to
Scope:
- Transport planning, route surveys
- moving upto port, loading and securing on Barge
- 3 x barge shipments from Finland to Sweden
- Unloading from the Barge on the quay
- Moving 8 km on public roads to the site

2.) Project Suomenoja/Finland

Route: FIN-Kangasala – FIN Espoo, Suomenoja
Cargo: Chimney (4 pieces)
Dims: max. Dimensions 25 x 7 x 7 m
Weights: from 40tons to 75tons
Scope:
-Transport planning, route surveys
-Trucking from Kangasala, FIN to Inkoo Port, FIN
- moving upto port, loading and securing on Barge
- 2 x barge shipments from Inkoo to Espoo
